Legal information
Cookies and your choices
Choose whether Configurix can use optional site analytics. This page lists the browser storage used by our website and explains how to change your choice.
Updated:
Your choice
Optional analytics are off until you actively allow them. Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing, enquiries or requested account functions. Use the controls above or Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice at any time.
We remember an explicit choice for 180 days in this browser on the current domain. Different Configurix domains have separate preferences; country paths on the same domain share the preference. If browser storage is unavailable, a choice can apply to the current tab only.
Cookies and other browser storage
A cookie is sent with requests to its domain. Local storage keeps information in your browser between visits; session storage normally lasts for the tab. Our consent controls cover our optional site measurement, including page visits, interactions, scrolling, campaign attribution and performance.
Storage needed for a requested sign-in or security function is distinct from optional analytics. You can also control storage in your browser. Blocking account storage may prevent sign-in or other requested functions.
What this website stores
The table names our first-party preference and measurement storage. Analytics identifiers are created or accessed only after acceptance. Withdrawal removes our analytics cookie and the listed analytics session keys, stops queued measurement and prevents future analytics sends.
The 365-day cookie lifetime is an upper limit: withdrawing consent removes it, and an expired or missing preference leaves analytics off. A new acceptance after rejection starts fresh measurement identifiers.
Requested account functions
When you sign in, Supabase authentication can use local storage under a key shaped like sb-<project>-auth-token. It holds the requested login session and is refreshed or removed through the authentication flow, including sign-out.
The Office area also uses session storage named crm-office-idle-minutes and crm-office-absolute-expires-at to enforce its idle and absolute session limits. These account-security settings are separate from analytics and are not deleted when analytics is rejected. Enquiry security uses a signed request ticket and can work without analytics identifiers.
External video and fonts
Some demonstrations use Vimeo. The player connects when you choose to play and uses its dnt=1 setting. Vimeo says that this blocks new player analytics while security cookies may still be required; previously stored Vimeo cookies may be sent by your browser.
Vimeo describes player_clearance (7 days), _cf_bm (30 minutes), _cfuvid (session) and cf_clearance (up to 1 year) as possible security cookies. Their actual presence depends on the player and browser. See the linked provider inventory for current details.
The site requests the Geist font from Google Fonts. This is a network request to a font provider, separate from our optional measurement identifiers. See our privacy policy for provider and personal-data information.
Changing or withdrawing a choice
Open Cookie preferences and select Reject optional to withdraw. This stops future optional measurement and removes its browser identifiers on this domain. It cannot recall requests already delivered before withdrawal; personal-data requests can be sent using the contact below.
A change synchronizes between open tabs on the same origin. Returning focus to a tab and periodic expiry checks refresh the controls. Private browsing, deleting storage, changing browser or using another domain can require a new choice. Without JavaScript, our optional client-side analytics do not run.
